Starting on July 3, office and other equipment will be sold at weekly auctions. The sale of 48 properties, which are located in Lithuania and are worth less than 1 million litas (EUR 0.29m) each at market prices, would be launched on July 8, Snoras said on its website.

Inga Purtulytė, project manager at Colliers International Advisors, the property company hired by Snoras’ bankruptcy administrator Neil Cooper, told BNS that the number of properties was very big.

Snoras’ properties located in Lithuania would be sold off for the time being, she said.

“We have also signed an agreement on the sale of assets located outside Lithuania but we still don’t have the decision on the timing of their sale,” Purtulytė said.

Snoras is currently trying to auction two Spyker sport cars and firearms owned by the bank.
