Lithuania’s Užupis Creative Cluster to cooperate with America's Plug and Play Tech Centre

Užupio Kūrybinis Klasteris (Užupis Creative Cluster), a group of Lithuanian companies developing educational simulation games, three weeks ago clinched a cooperation deal with Silicon Valley’s Plug and Play Tech Centre, which was interested in Russia’s market and planned to set up a representative office in that country, the Lietuvos Žinios daily reports.

A representative office for Eastern Europe will be established under a trilateral agreement signed between the headquarters of Plug and Play Tech Centre, Užupio Kūrybinis Klasteris and Moscow’s representatives. The parties plan to start working intensively from September. Vytautas Ratkevičius, president of the cluster, hopes that this cooperation would enable the cluster to strengthen its position in the Silicon Valley.

The cluster planned to pay another visit to Silicon Valley during next three months, he said adding that this time it would seek to remind of itself continuously instead of introducing individual products.
