Estonia's water utility Tallinna Vesi was named number two in this category and Lithuania's Invalda was named number three.

"In a period of uncertainty and reduced market activity, the importance of investor confidence is hard to overestimate. Transparency, continuous and open communication with investors, and reliable management are the key factors that help earn investors' confidence and support and thus continue to have a possibility to raise funds," Arminta Saladžienė, the head of the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Market, said in a press release.

Teo LT also scooped the Best Investor Relations Online and the Best Annual Report in the Baltics awards.

Latvia's shipping company Latvijas Kugnieciba was awarded for making the Most Visible Improvement over the Year in the Baltics.

Estonia's LHV Pank was named the Member of the Year for the second successive year for being the most active trader in the Baltic market.
