Total group to supply 59.5-million-euro worth of crude oil to Orlen Lietuva

A Swiss subsidiary of France’s energy giant Total, one of the key crude suppliers worldwide, will supply crude oil worth 79 million US dollars (LTL 205.4m, EUR 59.5m) to Orlen Lietuva, the sole crude refinery in the Baltics.

Poland’s PKN Orlen, the sole owner of the Lithuanian refinery, signed a respective agreement with Total on July 29, PKN Orlen reported through the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The total value of crude oil supply agreements signed between PKN Orlen and Total group in the last twelve months amounted to approximately 1.006 billion zlotys (approx. LTL 825m), PKN Orlen said in a press release.

On July 26, PKN Orlen and Stasco, a subsidiary of UK-owned oil group Shell, signed an agreement on the supply of 79 million US dollar worth of crude oil to the Lithuanian refinery.
