Jolanta Navakauskienė to head Guru Pay client services

The electronic money institution (EMI) Guru Pay, which provides e-money and payment services to clients in Lithuania and abroad, is supplementing its team with experienced specialists, and Jolanta Navakauskienė is to become the head of the Guru Pay client service section.

Navakauskienė has accumulated over 20 years of experience in sales and client service and has spent more than 17 years working as sales director at Lithuanian Tours, which organises conferences, congresses, seminars, and incentive travel.

“Since our founding, we set the goal of not focusing on the fastest possible growth in client numbers. Instead, we are far more concerned with high service quality. I am fully confident that Jolanta’s lengthy experience will elevate our client service to even greater heights,” says Aleksandras Karpickis, one of the co-founders and CEO of Guru Pay.

One of the greatest challenges one faces when interacting with clients is discovering a solution that is individually tailored and most suitable for the client’s needs. As Navakauskienė begins a new stage of her career, she perceives numerous prospects on where her prior experience can be harnessed, such as implementing new client service processes, improving existing ones, and maintaining the highest level of service quality.

“When working in a sphere where you are in near-daily contact with the client, you must constantly. Seek a balance between their needs and what we can offer ourselves, which is no small feat. However, I am certain that it will not be difficult to overcome such challenges because the moment I joined the ambitious team at Guru Pay, I quickly realised that the company’s values, culture and goals are ones that will ensure the highest quality of client service,” she states.
