10 years of Grybauskaitė. Russia described as a terrorist state: were different relations possible?

Dalia Grybauskaitė will go down in history as the only Lithuanian head of state, who after the recovery of independence, never did visit Russia, which is viewed as hostile to our country. That said, there were attempts to interact, with even a face to face meeting with Vladimir Putin. What did she see in his eyes?

There haven’t been many official meetings between the leaders of Lithuania and Russia and they were all held in Russia. The then chairman of the Supreme Council-Reconstituent Seimas Vytautas Landsbergis met with Boris Yeltsin in Moscow in 1991 and 1992.
