G. Nausėda‘s first foreign visit: president travels to Poland to strengthen relations

The new Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda is on a state visit to Poland on Tuesday, where he will meet the country’s leaders. This is G. Nausėda’s first official foreign visit and prior to it, the Presidential Palace’s representatives spoke of efforts to revitalise bilateral relations.

In Warsaw, G. Nausėda will meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda, also the Polish Sejm and Senate marshals, the Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and former prime minister, held to be the factual leader of Poland Jaroslaw Kaczynski.
