In an interview to 15min, President Gitanas Nausėda’s foreign policy advisor Asta Skaisgirytė says that Lithuanian diplomats must maintain diplomat with both Belarus and, if need be, with Russia. “Speaking” is a sort of key word, suitable for both the storms over the justification of Jonas Noreika’s commemoration, which hardly helps Lithuania’s image on the international stage.

Experienced diplomat A. Skaisgirytė, whose appointment as G. Nausėda’s advisor analysts have described as one of the wisest decisions of the new team in S. Daukantas Square palace, is unambiguously a supporter of dialogue and conversation.
