Three people are dead and one more is in a critical condition after a car lost control at a rally and crashed into spectators.
The collision, which left three dead and one fighting for their life in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, took place during the Jim Clark Rally near Kelso in the Scottish Borders.
The fatal crash came less than two hours after another car collided into five spectators at the same event, leaving four injured and one in a 'serious' condition in hospital
