Christian Lagos was the unfortunate victim of both a bad foul and kick to the head during Herediano's 3-0 victory over Club America. Arroyo received a straight red for the initial tackle, however Paolo Goltz received no punishment for the subsequent kick that seemed to knock Lagos out.
