2013-03-28 - To maintain their bone and muscle mass, astronauts need to work out two hours everyday. CSA Astronaut and Commander Chris Hadfield shares his workout routine s with us, from cardio on the T2 treadmill, to muscle and bone mass maintenance on the ARED (Advanced Resistive Exercise Device). Of course, being Chris Hadfield, he does so in a style all his own, in what we at the CSA like to call The Hadfield Shake!
