77岁老妇上海浦东新区法院裸体下跪 Old woman naked and knelt at Pudong Count

（参与2011年8月19日讯）沧海报道：据上海访民讲，8月18日上午一名老妇在浦东新区法院门口裸体下跪要求立案，法院领导始终未露面，上海电视台的民生在线节目组接到访民电话赶到现场，只看了一眼便迅速离开。 记者了解到这名老妇叫庄静慧，生于1934年，遭遇强拆前开着一间私人诊所。2002年，老人被浦东新区土地储备中心欺骗，在一份空白协议上签了字，实际上未拿到分文补偿款。2004年，老人的姐姐在法院的调解过程中，因受法官的言语刺激突发急症身亡。2006年，因老人多次进京上访，浦东新区法院被迫作出"终止诉讼、终止执行"的裁定，老人以为这样房子就不会被强拆了。2008年，浦东新区土地储备中心不顾法院裁定，强拆庄静慧家分属三方的产权房，庄静慧多次上访无果，只得在区政府门口裸体抗议，这才分得了一处门面房，但至今未通过环评，不通水、电、煤气，也无法取得产权证，老人的诊所因此无法继续经营。 昨天上午11点左右，庄静慧老人再次来到浦东新区法院要求立案，因无人接待，只好开始脱衣服，衣服全部脱光之后和十几名访民一起被锁在接待室里，老人从窗户爬出来跪在法院门口继续要求立案，大约跪了半个小时无人理睬，最后几名女法官用被单把老人裹住抬进接待室，立案一庭诉讼中心组长边法官承诺下午两点新任院长郭俭会接待她，骗老人穿上衣服，结果当天下午又是这名边法官劝说老人通过调解解决，不要立案，而此前负责调解的立案二庭法官曾告诉老人浦东新区土地储备中心势力太大，案件无法调解，77岁的庄静慧老人再一次被边法官糊弄，被浦东新区法院糊弄。 庄静慧电话：021-50265920 参与首发，转载请注明出处。(www.canyu.org) (Canyu Aug.19, 2011 News) Canghai report: Shanghai petitioners said, there was an old woman naked and knelt down on the gate of Pudong District Count in order to sue. In 2002, Land Reserve Center of Pudong District cheated Zhuang to sign on a blank agreement, actually she got nothing for the compensation. In 2004, Zhuang's ole sister was irritated by a judge and had a sudden death. In 2006, because Zhuang went to Bejing to petition for many times, Pudong District Count made a arbitrament that Land Reserve Center of Pudong District should stop dismantling. In 2008, Land Reserve Center of Pudong District ignored the arbitrament, dismantle Zhuang's family's three private houses. As the petitions were noneffective, Zhuang had to naked herself and protested at the gate of Pudong District Government, then she was distributed a business room, but the building was not qualified environmental appraisal standards, the water, electricity, gas were not connected in there, so Zhuang still can not run her clinic. Yesterday 11am, Zhuang went to Pudong District Count and asked for suing again. Because nobody process her issue, she began to take off clothes. When Zhuang took off all her clothes, she was locked in the anteroom with several petitioners. Zhuang got out from the window then knelt down on the gate of count. She knelt for around half an hour, finally some female judge wrapped her with sheet and carried her back to the anteroom. A judge whose last name is Bian promised Zhuang that the new president Jian Guo will meet het at 2pm if she put on her clothes. As a result, Zhuang was cheated by the judges and count again. In that afternoon, Judge Bian told Zhuang the same thing "Don't sue, you should solve the problem by mediation". And other judges ever told Zhuang it was impossible to media as Land Reserve Center of Pudong District was so powerful. New president of the Pudong District Count Jian Guo did NOT meet the poor old woman at all.
