#14 Minnesota topped #25 Alabama 89-84 on Saturday. The entire Crimson Tide bench was ejected from the game for leaving the bench with over 13 minutes left in regulation. They were eventually forced to play 5-on-3 after an injury and a foul out eliminated two more players. G Collin Sexton made things interesting by cutting the lead to three but the Gophers prevailed.
