The recording was released on numerous websites with available English transcripts. Zawahiri reportedly spoke about current events, including President Obama being awarded the Nobel Peace prize and the Pakistani floods. The Intel Center's Ben Venske told ABC News that the distribution pattern of Zawahiri's message is inline with Al Qaeda's, and that the tape seems to be authentic.
