You can see black smoke trailing from the plane as it begins a nose dive into the Vistula River in the town of Plock.
The pilot, 57-year-old Mark Szufa, was eventually pulled out of the plane by emergency crews.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died, according to TVN Poland.
No one else was on board the plane.
Friends of Szufa expressed shock at the accident and said he was a highly experienced and well respected stunt pilot.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
