Never seen my hometown as empty as it was on the second week of quarantine. Had to get out of the house for something truly important, after that i also drove by the old town of Vilnius. No reason, not even on the way, just something i do quite often. My city which is in constant buzz and so full of life, this time was totally left alone. Stores closed, no people on the streets, just a few passing cars. I was left in awe because you can only see it this way at 5 a.m. This time it was 1 p.m. and it made me realise how serious the situation is. Now, almost two months later, everything starts to regain colours - coffee shops and outside cafe's are open, walks in the park are ok and the sun is getting warmer day by day.
