David Huff, the central New York man who admitted to killing his11-year-old son and girlfriend with a shotgun will spend the next 40 years in prison. Inside an Onondaga County courtroom on Tuesday, April 28, Huff admitted to shooting his son Jeremiah Huff and 32-year-old Yeraldith Tschduy with a 12-guage shotgun in March of 2025. While the details of the admission are bad enough, it was his behavior which drew the attention of the judge in the case.
