Syracuse man will spend 40 years in prison for killing son & girlfriend, laughs during proceedings

David Huff, the central New York man who admitted to killing his11-year-old son and girlfriend with a shotgun will spend the next 40 years in prison. Inside an Onondaga County courtroom on Tuesday, April 28, Huff admitted to shooting his son Jeremiah Huff and 32-year-old Yeraldith Tschduy with a 12-guage shotgun in March of 2025.
