Santiago Wanderers' Marco Medel had a substitute appearance to forget during his side's 0-0 Primera Division de Chile home draw to Universidad de Concepcion. The 25-year-old came on for Paolo Tamburrini in the 55th minute but it seemed to take less than a few seconds before he realised something was wrong.
