"The Spanish brand's stores, which will sell middle-priced Desigual clothes, aimed at very fashionable women, will be opened in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga in March to April," Apranga CEO Rimantas Perveneckas told BNS on Friday.
He said that the group has not yet found suitable premises for a Desigual store in Vilnius. Apranga has always declared that it aims to open its stores in the best locations and premises.
The group will refurbish or open between 15 and 17 new stores this year in total. The group would roll out quite a few novelties in the Baltic countries in 2012, Perveneckas said.
“We will open a store of the so-called first line clothes, which will trade in the most fashionable clothes by Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Dsquared2, in Tallinn in fall. This will be an entirely new segment for Apranga,” he told BNS.
Apranga group currently operates a Baltic chain of 134 stores with the total shop area of 66,300 square meters.
