Lithuania's Snaigė appoints Polair CFO to management board

Snaigė, the sole household refrigerator manufacturer in the Baltics, appointed Dmitry Komissarchik, financial director of Russia's Polair Group which is a new shareholder in the Lithuanian company, as a member of the management board.

Komissarchik, 38, replaced two representatives of former shareholders, Robertas Berzinskas and Martynas Cesnavičius, on the board, the company said in a statement to the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange on Thursday.

Also sitting on Snaigė's management board are Polair CEO Aleksey Kovalchuk as chairman and Robin Peter Walker, a senior executive of the Russian company, and Mikhail Stukal, a member of its management board, as members.

Polair indirectly holds about 91 percent of shares in Snaigė, which is listed on Secondary List of the Vilnius stock exchange. The company is based in Alytus, in southern Lithuania.
