The average rent price in some non-central districts of the Lithuanian capital increased by approximately 15 percent, to 1,060 litas (EUR 307) per month.
Compared with August 2011, rent in Vilnius grew by around 5 percent. Rent prices are expected to remain basically unchanged until October.
Most of the tenants – around 55 percent – are looking for two-room apartments, real estate experts of domoplius.lt have said after studying 2,500 rental ads.
