Banks start slowing the granting of loans – a threat or temporary slowdown?

Banks have observed increasing risks and thus, lending to Lithuanian businesses has begun decreasing. Companies operating in the real estate market have reached loan caps set for them. Over every second small company seeking to obtain a loan this year states that it was refused a loan according to a Bank of Lithuania survey.
