"The court is not competent to deal with issues related to administrative costs. This falls within the competence of the committee of Snoras' creditors. The judge refused to accept Snoras Bankruptcy Administrator Cooper's request to approve the additional amount of administrative costs, forwarding it to Snoras creditors' committee," Gintautas Stalnionis, the court's spokesman, told BNS.
The court's decision can be appealed within 7 days.

Court refuses to approve 10.5-million-euro budget for Snoras bankruptcy administrators
On Tuesday, Vilnius Regional Court refused to approve 36.06 million litas (EUR 10.5 m) in estimated administrative costs requested by Snoras' bankruptcy administrator Neil Cooper.
