The Europa shopping center is controlled by BPT Secura, a BPT Asset Management’s fund, which is currently selling off its assets. Negotiations with potential buyers continued, Artūras Gegužis, a partner with Summa Advisers, which is advising BPT Asset Management, told the web portal.

“Apart from Italy’s investment company Baltic RE SIA, which has acquired an office building in the center of Riga, offers have also been submitted by investors from Scandinavia, the Baltic countries and Russia,” he said.

Summa Advisers believes that the remainder of BPT Secura’s property portfolio, which is worth a total of 126 million euros, will be sold by the end of 2013.

Citycon operates more than 27 malls in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, and Lithuania.
