“We will not make any detailed comments until we have a document showing how the agreement reached will actually be implemented,” Dainius Petravičius, Vingės Terminalas CEO, told the web portal.
The investment by Vingės Terminalas, i.e. a logistics center in Minsk, is hanging in the balance amid year-long litigation between the Lithuanian company and Belintertrans, which, according to the Lithuanians, has defaulted on its obligations. However, Belarus web portal tut.by reported on Monday that litigation between the two companies had been closed since the investors had managed to reach an agreement on all outstanding issues by 5 AM.
The terminal in Minsk is said to be one of the ten biggest logistics facilities in Belarus. It was described as a model project of foreign investors in the beginning of its operations.
