Poland's Przedsiebiorstwo Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej took part in an earlier stage of the bidding process.

The Treasury Ministry's 2012-2013 privatization plan calls for selling 100 percent of shares in Zespol Zarzadcow Nieruchomosci WAM.

Zespol Zarzadcow Nieruchomosci WAM provides property maintenance services. The company has 23 units and around 100 offices across Poland and it employs a workforce of about 900 people.

The company says on its website that it carried out 222 million zlotys (EUR 54m) worth of home upgrades and repairs in 2010 to 2011.
