The resulting company, which will keep the name of Civitta, will be the biggest local capital consulting company in the Baltic countries and western CIS countries.
Next, Civitta will expand in Eastern European markets, the company’s representatives has said adding that an office has recently been established in Kiev. In that market, the consultants are mostly interested in energy, telecommunications, transport, healthcare, and education sectors.
The list of Civitta’s Lithuanian customers includes many top local and foreign-owned companies and public establishments, including energy companies, Lietuvos Draudimas (Lithuanian Insurance), Teo LT, Bite, SBA, Kauno Grūdai, as well as the top higher education establishments.
