Lithuania’s construction industry wants tax exemptions

In particular, the builders want a tax exemption on reinvested profits.

“If the authorities applied tax incentives to building companies, this might help prevent local labor force emigration. We are not talking about traditional tax breaks. We urge to exempt reinvested profit from tax,” Gedvilas said in an interview to the Lietuvos Žinios daily.
