FL Technics has established a line maintenance station in Kyrgyzstan and operates two base maintenance facilities in Lithuania and Ukraine, as well as a network of 26 line stations in Europe and Asia.
ASG's annual consolidated net profits halved last year to 8.722 million litas (EUR 2.53 m), from 17.791 million litas in 2010. Consolidated revenues soared by 56.7 percent to 476.769 million litas.
ZIA Valda Cyprus held a 32.906 percent stake in ASG at the end of 2011. Other shareholders included Indeco: Investment and Development with 21.938 percent, Harberin Enterprises with 13.191 percent and Poland's ING fund with 6.618 percent.

Lithuania's FL Technics signs USD 20 million deal with Poland's OLT Express Regional
FL Technics, an aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul service company that is owned by Lithuania's aviation group Avia Solutions Group (ASG), has signed a three-year agreement worth 20 million US dollars with Poland's OLT Express Regional.
