“Maybe there is a slight statistical decline in the first quarter but the moods on the market are not bad and there is a high probability that the sales this year will match the level of last year,” Paulius Kraučiūnas, head of truck sales at Silberauto, the authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz trucks, told the daily.
He projected that the haulers would upgrade their fleets quite actively this year, none the least due to favorable prices.
“I think that this year the market will be similar to last year’s in terms of volume, unless there are some unforeseen turbulences,” Juozas Drabata, sales director at Volvo Lietuva, told the daily.
