Lietuvos Energija and SEB Bankas signed a three-year credit agreement in mid-November, according to information on the central public procurement portal.

SEB Bankas bid to provide the overdraft facility for 1.782 million litas per year. Swedbank asked 2.23 million litas, Nordea asked 8.32 million litas and Danske asked 2.1 million litas. However, the two last bids did not meet the terms of the tender process.

Lietuvos Energija is quoted on the blue-chip Main List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.
