"Both the tax environment and public administration - it's important to understand that competitiveness should be a key red line. Energy is another thing. We don't think that the chosen path is the best. We'll propose an alternative way," he told reporters in Vilnius.
The confederation's program that was unveiled on Monday does not specify what energy reforms it proposes.
The document calls for promoting renewable energy production, but only where prices "are approaching market prices for electricity in Lithuania", and says that a liquefied natural gas terminal must not become "a burden for Lithuanian businesses and people."
Dargis also said that the confederation is seeking to draw political parties' attention to the problem of emigration.
