Darius Semaška said these issues would be the focus of the upcoming informal meeting of the EU Council on Wednesday.

In his words, the Wednesday meeting will be a preparation for the upcoming meeting of the EU Council in June where final decisions are expected.
There have been calls in the EU recently, especially after the election of socialist Francois Hollande as French president, to agree a strategy for stimulating growth rather than focusing only on fiscal discipline and saving measures.
