The real estate market is heating up, however there are no signs of a bubble, commentators at the 15min studio said on Wednesday. Economists warn that the citizens’ optimism reminds of 2007, with people equally uninclined to save for hard times. While experts urge calm, stating that the situation is stable in the market, they nonetheless advise that preparations are necessary for shocks.

On Wednesday, the 15min studio hosted Bank of Lithuania board member Tomas Garbaravičius, Ober-Haus market research head for the Baltic States Raimondas Reginis and SME Finance economist Aleksandras Izgorodinas.
