SAS to launch flights from Vilnius to Stockholm

Scandinavian airline SAS is planning to launch flights between Vilnius and Stockholm on April 1.

SAS has said in a press release on Tuesday that it will offer flights on the new route six times a week, daily except on Saturdays.

It will operate the service using 50-seat Saab 2000 aircraft.

Currently, there are no flights between the Lithuanian and Swedish capitals. SAS currently offers flights to Copenhagen from the airports in Vilnius and Palanga.
