Sorainen consulted on 20 transactions and ranked 5th by their number and 40th by their value (USD 197 m, approx. LTL 500 m).
Raidla Lejins & Norcous worked on 14 transactions and ranked 11th by their number and 11th by their value (USD 563 mln, approx. LTL 1.5 b).

The ranking of leading Eastern European M&A legal advisers, based on the number of M&A transactions, was topped by Havel, Holasek & Partners, a law firm operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which consulted on 26 transactions.
In Northern Europe, Lawin handled 13 transactions worth 210 million US dollars (approx. LTL 550) and ranked 19th in the region by their number and 54th by their value. Sorainen worked on 9 transactions and ranked 23rd by their number and 21st by their value (USD 578 m, approx. LTL 1.5 b). Raidla Lejins & Norcous advised on 7 transactions and ranked 27th by their number and 108th by their value (USD 13 m, approx. LTL 34 mln).
Moreover, Lawin ranked 50th across Europe by the number of up to 50 million US dollars (approx. LTL 130 mln) worth transactions handled.
