If Gitanas Nausėda were to become president, relations with the Presidential Palace will change says “Farmer” [LVŽS] leader Ramūnas Karbauskis. Presidential candidate, economist Gitanas Nausėda visited a sitting of the LVŽS and Social Democratic Labour Seimas groups on May 22, but assured that he does not seek support and only sees need to answer necessary questions.

The candidate was sceptical of state-owned pharmacies and other market participants of this type, also expressing doubt on the implementation of anti-corruption courts and stating that he believes that Lithuania should continue to be represented by the president and not the prime minister at the European Council.
