"According to a criminal order approved on April 12, Nauris Macius was imposed a fine of 1,300 litas," Jomilė Juškaitė-Vizbarienė, spokeswoman for Kaunas court, told BNS on Friday.
Macius, one of the twin Latvian-born brothers who were recently granted Lithuanian citizenship, hit Fernandez on the head at Žalgirio Arena at the exit to the parking lot on March 7.
After another Spanish man attempted to stop Macius, his brother also joined the clash. Both suspects were detained and taken to custody.
Nauris Macius' alcohol level was established at 2.62 per mille, his brother Normunds' blood contained 2.22 per mille alcohol.
