All of the defendants maintained they would only testify after interrogation of all witnesses, two of whom should testify later on Tuesday.

According to a pretrial investigation, all defendants operated in a group and agreed to buy votes of 3,000 individuals for the Labor Party in multi-mandate voting for 30,000 litas (EUR 8,700).
