Julius Kalibatas. Could the measures employed against the coronavirus be superfluous?

A number of general practitioners seemingly were left surprised when Minister of Healthcare Aurelijus Veryga declared that on March 10 this year, individuals returning from infected countries, who seem healthy, will not receive sick leave despite such a measure having been applied up to this date in an effort to prevent the potential spread of the virus.
