Unfortunately I must admit that I was not surprised by the STT’s refusal to evaluate information about former companions of Rokas Masiulis and other related individuals employed in the Ministry of Transport and Communications’ subordinate institutions, who systematically rose on the career ladder when Rokas Masiulis held offices in the ministries of energy and transport and communications.
