Astravyets Nuclear Power Plant to be launched without a reserve: ticking time bomb or exaggerated fears?

The first reactor of Astravyets Nuclear Power Plant is planned to be launched this summer. However, our neighbours still do not have a reserve source. Both Lithuanian and Belarussian experts warn that this poses a real threat to security and this is something even the heads of Belenergo concede.
