Birutė Davidonytė: What should be known about the Orlen scandal

On Tuesday, Vice Minister of Energy Egidijus Purlys stated at the 15min studio that Orlen Lietuva will have to return its 12 million euro debt to the state by the middle of next year. Let’s hope this will happen. At this occasion, I would like to highlight some thoughts I have seen, read or heard of on our 15min investigation over the past few days.
