D. Mockus claims that D. Grybauskaitė requested positive coverage, but the request was not accepted

At Vilnius District Court on Wednesday, MG Baltic shareholder and president Darius Mockus listened to three hours of recordings from the infamous dinner between Eligijus Masiulis, Gintaras Steponavičius and businessmen. After the court hearing, he confirmed to journalists what had been earlier announced by the group’s lawyer Romanas Raulynaitis – the then President Dalia Grybauskaitė asked through Eligijus Masiulis to be more positively covered by the group’s news media. He implied that this case could supposedly have emerged because the request was not accepted.
