Parliamentarian Rimantas Dagys and Pro Patria chief Vytautas Sinica, who are creating a party based on conservative and Christian values, are receiving support from the side. At least such an impression could emerge after the political party’s creators were joined by philosopher Mindaugas Kubilius, who was charged with preparing Gitanas Nausėda’s electoral strategy and who does not conceal his personal friendship with the president. However, President G. Nausėda denies any association with the patriotic and Christian power – he emphasises he does not participate in the creation of political parties.

Rimantas Jonas Dagys left the Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD) after disagreements and declared at the end of summer that the prominence of liberal worldviews in Lithuanian politics are leading the country to a dead end. He assured that due to this, a new political power is spontaneously emerging “from the bottom up.”
