G. Nausėda’s plan: 10 thousand vaccinations a day by March, 34 thousand per day from April. Is this possible?

On Thursday, the Presidential Palace shared calculations on what coronavirus vaccination pace is needed so that by mid-summer, 70% of the population would be vaccinated. The numbers are impressive, but the question is where we will obtain this much vaccine. Seimas Committee on Health chairman Antanas Matulas told 15min that we could not accomplish such plans with current vaccine quantities, but the situation could quickly change. According to the politician, the president is namely a leader in order to set ambitious goals.
