He also said it would be unacceptable for him if a Cabinet was approved without two of the party's ministers proposed to head the Ministry of Social Security and Ministry of Education and Science.
Social Democrat Prime Minister-Designate Algirdas Butkevičius confirmed on Wednesday that the president finds Loreta Graužinienė and Virginija Baltraitienė unacceptable for the ministerial posts.
Butkevičius said a Cabinet could be approved without these two ministers.
Pursuant to the Constitution, a new Cabinet must be formed by 10 December.
