"Two strategies are being prepared. One strategy looks at our options if we didn't have a nuclear power plant. How much we need to invest in building bio-boilers, what our actual capacity to produce what is called biofuel is, what share of the heating system biofuel should take, and how we will develop co-generation plants," he told reporters on the sidelines of an economic conference in Vilnius.
In his speech to the conference, the prime minister said that the second strategy would provide an outlook for the country if it decided to build a nuclear power plant after all.
The strategies are to be ready by May 15, he said.
