Marius Jokubaitis. Why only the voters believe in a state bank

The idea of a state bank rises like a phoenix from the ashes when the elections are nigh and you have to tell voters something new. This is true now, just as it was before. After all, the reanimation of a state bank has been at least at the level of discussions for a decade, but the new elections and new ruling coalition keep remembering the creation of such a bank too late every time.
