Political scientists: with reduced staffing at the Lithuanian embassy in Minsk, it will be harder to aid Belarusians

With the Minsk regime ordering to reduce Lithuania’s diplomatic representation in the country to a minimum, political scientists note that Lithuanian diplomats were already limited in their capacity to operate here, but lacking a physical presence in Belarus, it could become even more difficult to assist citizens who are persecuted by the regime.
